You don’t need a coach, guru or healer.
You already know the answers.
In fact, you don’t even need the Growth Game.
But if you love challenging yourself
&
connecting with legends who share similar aspirations
then you’ll value what Growth Game provides.
Why did I create the Growth Game?
Reason 1: Connection
After an existential crisis where I realised the corporate path wasn't for me, my biggest struggle was battling the feeling of isolation.
To find a tribe of people who saw the world in a similar way with similar aspirations.
A worldview built on purpose and connection. Aspirations built on creating positive change.
This community is a place to connect with those people.
Reason 2: Acting on Aspirations
After my crisis I attempted to overcome my insecurities through (excessive) education. 42 courses to be exact (don't ask how much I spent).
However, I simply became a walking dictionary of mental models but empty of real life experiences.
It's only when I began taking action did I rewire my limiting beliefs and life changed around me.
The growth game is designed to get you out of your head and into action.
Ethos of the Game
1. Turn you into a warrior
"Use whatever knowledge you have but see its limitations.
No amount of knowledge will nourish or sustain your spirit; it can never bring you ultimate happiness or peace.
Life requires more than knowledge...Life demands right action if knowledge is to come alive."
"I know that, Soc."
"That's your problem---you know but you don't act. You're not a warrior."
Excerpt from "Way of the Peaceful Warrior" - Dan Millman
2. Experience the Magic of Tiny Gains
"Too often we convince ourselves that massive results require massive action.
We put pressure on ourselves to make some earth-shattering improvement that everyone will talk about.
If you can get 1% better each day for one year, you’ll end up 37 times better by the time you’re done.
Excerpt from "Atomic Habits" - James Clear
3. The Groan Zone
The "groan zone" is the growth sweet spot. The ideal balance between the challenge and our ability.
By challenging ourselves in this way each week, we guarantee our growth.

What people have said:
This has been such a fun supportive wild few weeks, with the support of the group you guys allowed and inspired me to push myself and step into discomfort in ways I would normally be to scarred, embarrassed or doubtful to!
I honestly grew and shed several layers of fear and egoistic insecurities letting me be more free and enjoy the silly true freeness of life which is!
Freaking such a wicked concept to help ourselves step into our true power and help the world be a better place!!

How does the Growth Game work?
The Growth Game is a 3-week game.
Each week you identify:
-
A daily task
-
A big weekly task
These tasks are what you want to be held accountable for.
Points are scored by completing tasks.
Each week there's a meetup to review the tasks from the past week and reset the for the following week.
After 3-weeks, there is a rest-week before the game restarts.
When does the next Game Start?

About Me:
My mission in life is to empower people to dance (literally and metaphorically).
Literally through hosting silent disco's.
Metaphorically through supporting you act on your ambitions.
In 2023 I challenged myself to do one thing a week that terrified me. Over the course of the year it caused my life transform.
The list of changes is too long to share here but in summary I went from working in corporate, living in Sydney, to working for myself, living in Bali.
I built the Growth Game to empower others to experience similar transformations.
